Between the pop culture war , the townhalls gone wild , the Nazi comparisons and President Obama’s ” death panel ,” by week’s end, the volume of the crazy coming from the right had reached 11 .

Last night, American voters finally got the word that Sarah Palin is supported by a violent ultra-rightist international religious front. She was exposed in prime time by a big name in mainstream TV news -- none other than Keith Olbermann of MSNBC. Anybody who doubts the New Apostolic Reformation's commitment to terrorism should go to YouTube and listen to a hair-raising sermon where pastor Thomas Muthee urges his followers to be violent.
